Cassandra Holt Kimbell

Monica Williams

Cassandra works with a diverse clientele, including creatives, freelancers, entrepreneurs, trauma survivors, individuals with mood disorders, and neurodivergent individuals. Her approach is eclectic, blending CBT, SFBT, and mindfulness-based practices, tailored to each client's unique needs. She is an EMDR certified therapist and CIT. Her background as a musician informs her understanding of the specific challenges faced by creatives and entrepreneurs. Her experience spans various settings, including treatment centers, schools, shelters, and telehealth. As a clinical supervisor, trainer, and consultant, this background allows her to provide informed guidance and support to other professionals working with these populations. She is committed to accessible, quality mental healthcare for all, and is LGBTQ+, sex worker, and trans friendly as well as a loud human rights advocate across the board. Her mission is central to both her therapeutic practice and her personal values.

Monica is from California and is an LEP (licensed educational psychologist) with a background in assessing and counseling teens in a charter school setting. She has a passion for utilizing and teaching how to incorporate ACT skills into private practice, and a love for supervising. She is also a university professor.
Both Monica and Cassie provide individual and group supervision, as well as consultation. They also hire associates in both California and Texas looking to complete their hours in a company culture of respect and growth. They have a love for shaping better therapists for the future of their field, and only bring on people who are innovative, open minded individuals who understand it is a therapist's ethical obligation to not only be a safe space but also be an agent of change. It is their mission for all of their associates to eventually be trained in both EMDR and Psychological Assessments.

Ursula

Hello! I’m Ursula. I offer a client-centered, insight-oriented approach to therapy, emphasizing the therapeutic relationship to explore and heal deep-rooted issues like trauma, shame, and compulsions for self-harm. Recognizing that self-destructive behaviors provide only temporary relief, I work with clients motivated to address the underlying causes of pain and self-sabotage. By integrating Somatic Experiencing, I incorporate mind-body awareness to support trauma recovery. My goal is to help clients achieve enhanced intimacy, self-confidence, emotional resilience, and overall life satisfaction, ultimately fostering a profound restructuring of their internal emotional and cognitive processes for enduring personal growth and well-being.

Devon

Hi! My name is Devon and I became a therapist to assist others in discovering their authentic selves. I specialize in childhood trauma with a focus assisting survivors of narcissistic abuse amongst other personality disorders. I carefully consider the individual stories we carry about ourselves that have developed over our lifetimes. I strive to help you rewrite these narratives to foster a happier and more content self.   My goal is to support you on your journey and to provide care that is non judgemental, compassionate and present oriented.

Amy

Hello! My name is Amy Nguyen, a first-generation born, Vietnamese-American who grew up in Florida and Texas, yet somehow, ended up in California! I've had a lot of experience working with a wide variety of populations from kids ages 6-17 as a case manager, college students 18 and older as an academic advisor, and adults 18 and up as a counselor intern at a local Community Mental Health Center. My passion is working with young adults who are working on discovering more about themselves and how their mental health interplays with their past, present, and future; balancing them alongside the lemons that life gives you. My counseling style is mixed with an emphasis on narrative therapy, existentialism, REBT, and CBT techniques. I look forward to finding out what best works for you and tailoring your therapy for you! Anyone can receive therapy at any point in life. Your story is unique therefore, your therapy is unique! I'm ready to listen and help empower you to make meaningful changes in your life. I'm always open to hearing more perspectives and seeing what works with my clients to ultimately help them grow as a more "whole" being.

Andres

Hello, my name is Andres and I am an associate therapist offering services via telehealth in both English and Spanish. As a latino man and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand that intersecting identities greatly influence the way we navigate the world. Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles that have given me the opportunity to help others achieve things that they felt were out of reach, such as getting into college or receiving gender affirming care. In that way, my career has also been a testament of resilience for myself showing me that LGBTQ+ futures are possible. In my practice, I strive to provide a safe, affirming, and empowering space for LGBTQ+ people of color navigating depression, anxiety, family conflict, and self-esteem/self-reflection. I create a trusting space for people to explore how their relationships, past experiences, and identities inform the way they navigate and present in the world. My approach is trauma informed, culturally affirming, and gender affirming. I hope to give my clients the tools to strengthen their relationship with themselves and those around them, so that they can become their most authentic selves. If you are seeking assistance with coping with anxiety and depression, building your self-esteem, or navigating family conflict, I am here to support you. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to becoming your most authentic self.
