Individual & Group Therapy

Individual therapy refers to one-on-one mental health treatment that is personalized to meet individual humans' unique needs. It involves setting therapeutic goals, processing the past, and learning how to manage symptoms or triggers in order to live a healthier life.

Our core values are rooted in community and group therapy is a magical way to do that. You not only have a safe place to share, but you get to learn and grow through others' experiences, as well as building a network of like minded people around you.

Mental Health, ADHD & Autism Assessment

Our mental health evaluations provide a comprehensive assessment for a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Through a thorough evaluation process, we gather detailed information about your symptoms, history, and overall well-being to ensure an accurate diagnosis. Our goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of your mental health and provide recommendations for appropriate treatment options, whether that includes therapy, medication, or other supportive resources. We are committed to offering a compassionate and professional approach to mental health care, empowering you to take the next steps toward improved well-being.

EMDR Therapy

What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a form of psychotherapy developed by Francine Shapiro in the late 1980s, initially to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

What EMDR is Used For

While initially developed for PTSD, EMDR is now used to treat a range of conditions, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Phobias
  • Panic disorders
  • Trauma
  • Grief
  • Addictions
  •  Important Considerations

EMDR should be conducted by a trained and qualified mental health professional.
While EMDR can be effective, it's not a "quick fix" and requires commitment to the therapeutic process.
Like any therapy, individual results can vary.

Body Doubling

Ever feel like your brain has a million tabs open and it's impossible to focus on just one thing? For folks with ADHD, getting stuff done can be a real challenge. That's where "body doubling" comes in. Think of it as simply having someone else nearby while you tackle your to-do list. This person doesn't need to help you, just their presence can make a surprisingly big difference! It creates a little bit of pressure to stay on track, helps you tune out distractions like your phone, and gives you a sense of structure.

Whether they're in the same room or just on a video call, having that "body double" can boost your focus, keep you motivated, and ultimately help you get more done with less stress. We offer this often lifeline of a service and can spend part of the time helping you brainstorm or organize, if you need that!
